From concept to completion we coordinate with our customers' mechanical engineering and/or manufacturing departments to ensure their control system is custom tailored to their specifications.  All programs are fully documented and all machine functions are thoroughly described in the electrical operations manual to make machine operations easy to understand.

Included with every system design:

• A complete set of electrical schematics, interconnect drawings, and layout drawings.  They are provided on 11" x 17" paper in addition to their inclusion in the electrical manual.

• A detailed electrical operations manual outlining machine descriptions, controls, functions and I/O.  Software documentation is also included.

• Electronic copies of all programming code.  All PLC, HMI and Drive programs are released to our customers at the project's completion.
